Privacy notice

Flexxed, Unit 1, The Old Co-Op Office, Borough Road, Darwen, BB3 2FT, is the data controller for this website. Questions and requests go to enquiries@flexxed.co.uk.

Only what you type into it:

• Your name, phone number and email address, all required so we can quote.
• Which service it is about, and when and where the job is, all optional.
• Whatever you write in the message box.

Your IP address is recorded with the enquiry. It is used only to investigate abuse of the form and is never used to identify you or included in anything the crew reads day to day.

To quote and reply. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked for a quote and answering is the obvious and expected use of what you sent. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Nobody buys it, nobody rents it. Enquiries are stored with our website provider, Nimble Dingo, and the notification email is delivered through their email service. Both act on our instructions only.

Two years from your enquiry, so a returning client can be quoted against the last job. Ask at any time and it will be deleted sooner.

This site uses no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. It counts visits with a first-party counter that records a timestamp, an event name (a page view, or a tap on the phone number or email address) and the page path. It records no IP address, no device identifier, no browser details and no referrer, and it stores nothing on your device. Because nothing in it can identify a person, there is nothing to consent to and no banner to click.

The spam check on the enquiry form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs only on the contact page. Videos on the site are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player and load nothing until you press play.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Email enquiries@flexxed.co.uk. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
